Batik Painting inspires Hungarian Mega Overcast

TEMPO Interactive, Yogyakarta - "If abstract painting with various colors that already commonplace and monotonous, art lovers will soon get bored," said the famous art curator, Oei Hong Djien, as she watched the exhibition of paintings Eszter Dance, Hungarian origin artists, the gallery Institution French Indonesia, Yogyakarta, today.

Based on his admiration for batik patterned Mega Overcast and his experience in Indonesia, Eszter making abstract paintings on canvas. She concocted various forms of the curve with the profile of people of color and three-dimensional space.

"I paint abstract based on admiration for the style of batik, colorful paintings adorn on my work in entering the mysterious world of color," said Eszter about 13 paintings were exhibited.

Eszter painting exhibition is to celebrate the anniversary of Hungary at the Indonesian Institute of France during February 23 to 24, but his paintings dipajang until March 2nd next. On 2 March, will also be presenting Ezster "Social Medan Hungarian Contemporary Art" at Cemeti Art Gallery.
